The design and assembly of Greenix Panel include a variety of panel sizes and configurations: Wall Panels
Typically Greenix Panels are manufactured in 4 ½" and 6 1/2" thicknesses as structural panels. The most common wall panel size is 4'-0" x 8'-0" x 4 ½" although other sizes are available.
Wall panels are installed vertically from the first floor deck to the upper floor deck or roof. The top plate can be embedded into the wall panel, facilitating a simplified assembly. Corner Panels Both the 90° corner panel and 135° angle panel are made in either one piece or two piece, offering structural capabilities far exceeding any traditional building method. The stability of this construction provides additional strength and eliminates panel racking during assembly. Each leg of the corner panel has:
Roof Panels The design and assembly of a Greenix roof structure is fabricated-to-size to fit the roof specification. Calculating the panel's span and length is determined by the roof pitch and the spacing of the supporting members (refer to the Documents section). Choosing the panel thickness depends on the climatic conditions and insulating requirements of the project. Below are the available sizes of Greenix SIP roof panels:
Special Panels Design requirements often necessitate the specification of special panels to meet the demands of a structure. Special requirements for large door or window openings, garage doors, and special point loads can be produced for your project. |
